RA: Panic at the Agency — Revenue Arc Corporation
Panic at the Agency plays without an account — progress and records are stored on your device. Optional sign-in (Google or Apple) syncs your Revenue Arc identity across our games; we store just your name and avatar. We collect anonymous gameplay analytics (via Mixpanel) to improve the game — no ad tracking, no data selling, and Do Not Track is honored. Purchases are handled by the platform store. You can delete your account and its data in-app at any time.
Data we collect
Anonymous gameplay statistics only: events like "a run started", "a jump happened", "an upgrade was bought", plus the app version, platform, and language. These are tied to a random identifier generated on your device — never to your name, email, phone number, advertising ID, or anything else that identifies you. We use them solely to understand how the game is played and to improve it.
What we never do
No advertising SDKs, no cross-app tracking, no selling or sharing of data, no profiles about you. Gameplay statistics are processed by Mixpanel, our analytics provider, on our behalf and are not used by anyone for advertising.
Network access
The game plays fully offline. Anonymous statistics upload in the background when a connection exists; without one, the game works exactly the same. Your progress and scores stay on your device.
Accounts and identity
There are no accounts, sign-ins, or profiles. We never ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information, and the random install identifier can't be traced back to you.
Changes to this policy
If a future update ever changes any of the above, we will update this page before the update ships and note the change here.
